Take the Cricut Everyday iron on pink and press it down flat onto the cutting or grip mat and smooth it out until no bubbles, folds, pockets remain. Then place the sheet onto the fabric and with the Cricut Easy press, adjust the temperature setting according to the iron on sheet and the type of fabric used. Place the cloth on the Cricut easy press mat, and warm up the part of the cloth which is to be printed on. Then place the sheet on the same area, cover with parchment paper to avoid burns and sticky residue, and press down, but not too much. Don't move around the Easy Press; just let it remain for a minute or two on the parchment paper. When you feel that the print has stuck to the cloth, wait for the temperature of the sheet to go from hot to warm, and gently peel off the transparent sheet.
